Do you only offer subscription services?

No, in some instances and assuming our work availability meets the circumstance, we will provide one-off proposals to complete whatever it is that you need.

What design software do you use?

We use Figma for most design projects.

How do I manage my subscription?

When signing up, you will receive a welcome email.

This email will also contain a link to log into your customer portal where you will be able to manage your subscription.

Are there any refunds?

Unfortunately not.

Due to the amount of creative pressure to produce high quality design work in a short amount of time, and the amount of research we put in to ensure you the best results, we can't justify going uncompensated for our time and effort.

But if you're unsatisfied for any reason with our service, feel free to reach out and we'll do our best to accomodate you.

Is there a request limit?

No, there are no limits to the amount of design requests you can make. Make as many as you want, each will be completed one by one.

What if I don't like my design?

Not a problem. We'll make unlimited revisions to your design until you're 100% satisfied with the result — But this almost never happens.

Why no calls or meetings?

While we understand calls can be valuable, they can also take up a lot of time. We find that if there's a 20 minute call scheduled, you waste 20 minutes prior not wanting to start anything, then 20 minutes after following up and regaining focus.

We prefer to keep communication async with Slack, Loom or even email. This is what helps us to be so efficient.

How quickly will I receive designs?

For simpler requests, you will receive a first draft in 2 business days - sometimes even faster.

Some design tasks can be incredibly complex and will take longer, but we'll always communicate when you can expect to see progress.
